Yes. It is written to be usable by any supplier, including one other than us. That is the condition for it to be honest.
Buy software or have it built?
A package costs less as long as your business fits inside it. Bespoke earns its place when adapting the package costs more than building, or when the specificity is what sets you apart. The comparison is made on your figures, not in general.
How long does scoping take?
From a few days to a few weeks depending on scope. The first scoping session is free and exists precisely to size what needs examining.
