02.Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of SigmaGravity, in particular the creation of digital profiles, the generation of QR codes, the pairing of NFC media and access to analytics. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
03.Account and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep your email address reachable.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for actions taken from your account.
- You must promptly report any suspicious access or unauthorised use.
- The service is intended for persons able to enter into a contract and for professionals authorised to act for their organisation.
04.How the service works
SigmaGravity provides tools to publish and share a digital profile. NFC compatibility depends on the medium, the smartphone, its configuration and its browser. A QR code may serve as an alternative where NFC reading is unavailable. We may change features in order to improve security or the experience.
05.Your content and your responsibilities
You remain the owner of the content you publish. You grant us the technical permission needed to host it, adapt it for display and make it accessible according to the settings you choose. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over the text, images, logos and links you add.
06.Prohibited uses
- Publishing content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, malicious or infringing the rights of others.
- Impersonating someone, or creating a profile implying an affiliation that does not exist.
- Circumventing security measures, testing the service for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or disrupting its operation.
- Using visitor data for spam, harassment or unlawful surveillance.
- Reselling, copying or automating access to the service outside the features and permissions provided.
07.NFC cards and media
NFC media must be programmed and used in accordance with the instructions supplied. Performance may vary with the material, the chip, the phone case or the radio environment. Physical customisation approved by the customer may limit the possibility of return, subject to applicable mandatory rights.
08.Plans, payment and termination
The features, limits and prices that apply are those presented at the time of subscription or in an accepted quote. Unless stated otherwise, paid subscriptions may renew at the chosen frequency. You may request termination through the available channels; it takes effect according to the terms of the plan.
09.Availability and warranties
We aim to keep the service reliable, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control. The service is provided with the care reasonably expected of a digital platform, without any warranty as to commercial results, number of scans, or compatibility with every existing device.
10.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SigmaGravity is not liable for indirect damage, lost opportunities, or consequences arising from content published by a user, from the incorrect programming of a medium, or from a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11.Intellectual property
The SigmaGravity brand, the interface, the software, and the text and graphic elements specific to the platform are protected. No right of reproduction, extraction or creation of a derivative service is granted beyond normal use of the product.
12.Suspension and deletion
We may restrict or suspend an account in the event of a security risk, fraud, serious breach or legal obligation. Where reasonably possible, we seek to inform the user and allow them to put the situation right.
13.Governing law and contact
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the law applicable to the service and with the mandatory rules protecting the customer. Before any proceedings, the parties are invited to seek an amicable solution by writing to [email protected].
