Does service continue if the connection drops?
Yes. Orders are taken and tickets printed locally during the outage, then sent up when the network returns. A service does not stop because the internet does.
Does stock really follow the recipes?
Yes once recipe sheets are filled in: selling a dish deducts its ingredients. It is the longest part of the configuration, and also the part that makes stock useful.
Can we run several venues?
Yes. Each venue keeps its own stations and staff; the menu, prices and reports are read at group level.
